Die helle und geräumige Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines Wohn- und Geschäftshauses in der Fußgängerzone Büsums. Ein PKW-Stellplatz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im abschließbaren Innenhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Die Entfernung zum Hauptstrand, "Meerzeit Büsum" - Wellenbad und Spa und Hafen beträgt ca. 100 m. Das Ärztezentrum, Apotheken, Supermarkt und Bäcker befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
